Data Deletion

You can delete the data Collabix holds about you, including any information imported from Instagram or Facebook, at any time. Here are your options.

1. Disconnect Instagram / Facebook

To remove only your imported social data while keeping your Collabix account, open Profile → Instagram and choose Disconnect. This deletes the username, name, picture, follower/following counts, and engagement metrics we cached from your connected account.

2. Delete your entire account

To delete your Collabix account and associated personal data, either:

• Go to Settings and request account deletion, or
• Email privacy@getcollabix.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".

3. What we delete and what we keep

We delete your profile, connected social data, messages, and other personal information. We may retain a limited set of transaction and ledger records where required for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Retained records are minimized and access is restricted.

4. Timeframe

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once complete.

5. Removing Collabix from Instagram / Facebook

You can also revoke Collabix's access directly from Meta at any time:

• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove Collabix.
• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Collabix.

Revoking access there stops future data access; use the steps above to delete data we have already stored.
